The White Stag Program prioritizes personal development. No experience is necessary, and it is open to all youth between 10 and 17 years old at the session start date. To be successful, participants should exhibit age-appropriate core character traits such as a willingness to learn, respect for others, ability for self-care, and self-discipline. Level placement considers factors such as age, grade, and prior experience. Please fully disclose special needs and learning differences during registration. This helps our leaders offer a fulfilling experience for all.
White Stag Leadership Development Academy, Inc., an all-volunteer 501C3 nonprofit, public benefit corporation - EIN 20-3271014, sponsors the program. Scouting Venture Crew 122, Monterey, presents the Leadership Adventure. No Scouting affiliation needed by summer participants.
